Aimed Alliance Co-Signs Letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Expressing Concerns that CREATES Act Removes Safety Protections for Patients

Patients’ Alliance fears that provisions of the bill would significantly weaken drug safety protections for drugs with known or potential life-threatening risks, including severe birth defects, hospitalization, and death.
