Complaints to HHS Allege Insurers’ Exchange Plans Discriminate Against Patients with HIV

hhs-logoThe AIDS Institute and Harvard Law School’s Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation have filed complaints with the Department of Health and Human Services against certain health insurers for using adverse tiering in their exchange plans to discriminate against patients with HIV/AIDS.
