Conn. Nonmedical Switching Legislation Would Close Loophole

Nonmedical switching legislation that was introduced in Connecticut this session with the support from a wide array of public health advocates, would protect Connecticut residents, especially those with chronic conditions. Connecticut House Bill 7123 would ensure that patients not have their health plan changed in the middle of a plan year and protect consumers from losing prescription benefits they have chosen.
